Transfer Station Sticker Placement

2024 TRANSFER STATION PERMITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE.
All RESIDENTS MUST DISPLAY A VALID TRANSFER STATION STICKER

Stickers are available at the Transfer Station and the Department of Public Works Administration Office during the normal hours of operation.

UPDATED Sticker Requirements:
• Only residents of The Town of Merrimack, NH are allowed to obtain a residential sticker.
• A driver’s LICENSE AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION (with proof of Merrimack residency) for each vehicle is required to obtain a residential transfer station sticker.
• Each sticker will have the license plate number of the corresponding vehicle written on it.
• COMMERCIAL vehicles MUST purchase a commercial permit ($10.00)

Proof of Address:
• To verify residency, new residents may bring closing papers, rental or lease agreement, a utility bill or any document reflecting the residents name and new address.

Sticker Placement
• Beginning in 2024, please place Transfer Station stickers on the passenger side of the front windshield. The sticker should line up with the top of the State inspection sticker and should not restrict visibility to the driver.
